Rick Stein travels around Britain and puts the nation's favourites to the test. He also meets cheese-makers, ham curers, brewers and other dedicated producers of fine food and ingredients. Rick then puts these ingredients to use in his own special way in dishes such as Smoked Duck Breast Salad with New Potatoes, Welsh Rarebit, Fresh Raspberry Tart with Hazelnut and Coconut Pastry and Bread and Butter Pudding.
