When a triad gang's prized medal unwittingly ends up in the possession of Tiger Wong (NICHOLAS TSE - New Police Story), abody-guard for the gang, Dragon Wong (DONNIE YEN - Hero)is sent to retrieve it. With the medal seized Dragon believes his work is done, but he is ordered to kill Tiger, who happens to be his long lost brother. Defiant, Dragon joins Tiger and Turbo Shek (SHAWN YUE - Initial D), to defeat the gangsters. Now Dragon and Tiger seek revenge as Shibumi, leader of "Lousha Gate" has murdered former mentor Master Huang and destroyed "Dragon Tiger Gate", their school. The trio receives help from famed, enigmatic recluse Master Qi as they prepare for the final showdown with Shibumi.
