A Brazilian angel opens out her wings this summer... Vanessa da Mata delivers her breathtaking album, Sim. Duetting with Ben Harper on Boa Sorte/Good Luck has taken her to a new international audience and praise for her talent and ability to reach listeners just keeps on coming. Her first decisive encounter was in 1997 when with Chico Cesar she composed the song "A forca que nunca seca", which was recorded by Maria Beth nia and nominated for a Grammy Award. Brazil had discovered a great composer. Besides that, Vanessa increased the guest appearances on stage with the greatest legends of Brazilian music: Milton Nascimento, Maria Bethania, Baden Powell.
