Rear USB Connection
Take your favourite MP3 and WMA files for a ride. The DEH-P4150UB has a rear USB terminal to directly connect a portable digital player, USB memory device or other USB-compatible gear, while it is hidden away safely in your glove box or centre console. No adapters required.

Segmented OEL Display
Clarity, brightness and contrast are balanced to perfection on Pioneer head unit organic electroluminescent displays. An uncluttered one-line character readout is straight forward and easy on the eyes. A wide view angle range makes entertainment system operating information simple to monitor from any position.

USB Direct Connection for iPod® & iPhone®
Connect your iPod, iPod nano and iPhone directly into the DEH-P4150UB via the optional CD-IU50 cable. Enjoy complete control of menus, shuffle functions, songs, podcasts, and audio book chapters on your iPod® or iPhone® through the head unit as quickly and easily as if you were using the device itself. Direct connection also recharges compatible models during playback and use.

IP-Bus
Pioneer technology for connecting multiple source units, it now allows connection of Bluetooth® and iPod® adaptors as well as other external devices.

Sub Control
Subwoofer control allows you to adjust the cut-off frequency and output level from your subwoofer, giving you great control of the bass from your Pioneer sound system.

3 High-voltage RCA Pre-outs
High voltage RCA pre-outs maximise signal strength to your amplifier. The benefits of this are superior dynamics, crisper highs, more full bodied bass, and higher signal-to-noise ratio for minimal noise interference attributable to connections. The DEH-P4150UB has 3 RCA pre-outs (Front + rear + Subwoofer)

Bass Boost
Bass Boost offers a choice between 0 dB to 12dB level settings that can be adjusted in 2db steps, letting you set the optimal bass level for each speaker and subwoofer connected to a system, according to preference and music style. The result is more precise control over the balance of sounds to enhance the overall impact of the music you listen to.

Direct Sub Drive
Enable you to amplify your front speakers by 2 x 50W while using the rear channel outputs to drive the subwoofer to enjoy outstanding full power bass without an extra amplifier.

Rotary Commander and List key
Next to the Rotary Commander on the DEH-P4150UB sits a large LIST key for extra quick, easy file search and access. Press it to display folder or file lists, rotate the commander dial to search, then press the commander button for playback.

ASR - Advanced Sound Retriever
Hear the glory of original sound across a deeper, wider spectrum from highly compressed MP3 and WMA files stored on a USB memory device. By compensating for data (especially higher frequencies) that tend to get lost in the digital compression process, Pioneer's Advanced Sound Retriever technology enhances audio reproduction nearly all the way up to 20kHz frequencies.

Built in 50W x 4 Channel High-Power MOSFET Amplifier
To minimize voltage loss in its head unit amplifiers, Pioneer built-in a high-performance Power MOSFET integrated circuitry into all its head units. The MOSFET amplifier processes signals more efficiently at 50W x 4 maximum total output. This reduces distortion to virtually nothing at high frequency ranges giving you great clear sound.
