Partner-up your iPhone and car stereo in ways never seen before, so you can launch and control compatible* iPhone Apps on the unit, including Google Maps, Internet Radio, MIXTRAX, plus more. All thanks to our brand new Advanced App Mode.

Stay connected to your Smartphone in the car, courtesy of built-in Parrot Bluetooth. Make/receive phone calls hands-free or stream your music from your Smartphone to your car speakers. The AVH-P8450BT will connect with up to five different phones and store 1,000 contacts from each phone.

If you own an iPhone or iPod, why not go that one step further and take advantage of our direct connection and control thanks to an included USB-to-iPod cable. Browse through your iPod music library via the 7" touch screen, with album cover artwork on display.

Growing tired of your current iPod playlist? Let the AVH-P8405BT mix things up with our brand new music management software, called MIXTRAX.

Enjoy a non-stop mix of your entire music library as if it had been prepared by a professional DJ. Using MIXTRAX, your brand new car stereo will create new music playlists every time you hop in the car.

Much like a DJ performing live, MIXTRAX creates the ideal playlist from your portable music library, including which songs should be mixed together, as well as the best transition point for each song.

Your entertainment options are endless, the AVH-P8450BT will playback CD/DVD/Dual USB and SD cards. The Dual Zone function lets front seat passengers listen to music from one source, while rear-seat passengers can watch video from DVD or iPod on the optional rear screens

If you prefer more muscle, 3 hi-voltage RCA outs are on tap to connect additional amplifiers, speakers and subwoofers.

For that customised look, the button illumination colours can be tailored to match your dash lights and you can even add a screen saver, using a favourite image.
