 | Awesome Camera Jason O'Connell on 10.04.2011 The 5D Mark ii has everything you could possibly want from a camera. The full frame sensor handles noise extremely well all the way through ISO 3200 but allows you to shoot all the way up to ISO 25600! The controls and interface are well designed and easy to understand. The LCD is beyond bright and extremely clear. The viewfinder is large and allows you to focus easily even in low light. Colour accuracy is near perfect and at 21 megapixels, shots from the 5D yield beautiful full page prints. Videos are amazing! Unfortunately there is no 60fps option but firmware updates may resolve that one day. Image quality is on par with Canon and Nikon flagship models (1Ds mark iii, D3X) at a fraction of the price (It unfortunately doesn't share their burst rates or auto-focus systems) . If you are looking to upgrade to a full-frame sensor, this camera is worth every penny! |
