  | Absolute Disappointment Dave on 11.04.2011 First off this review relates to the bluray itself, not the movie. Clearly you'd have to have been living under a rock or in a cave for the last 25 years to have not seen it anyway. I thought i'd take the time to actually write a review after my own frustration with the absence of reviews & lack of info or specs for DVDs & blurays & thought i'd save others the trouble finding these things out for themselves the hard way. To start with, this is the lame censored theatrical version of the movie. That's right, it's like the edited for TV version some of you may remember. Yep, all the graphic violence from the tool shed scene is missing from this version. Geez even the old rental VHS had all the scenes in tact... censorship in this day & age? The version featured on this bluray is the same version used for the UK bluray release. AVOID. Secondly there is not a single extra from the definitive edition DVD featured on this bluray |
