Ali (Maia Brewton) lives on a NASA satellite tracking station where her mum, Dr. Spencer Jenkins (Pamela Sue Martin), works as a space scientist. A computer whiz, Ali spends her spare time hacking into the station's mainframe to record her personal diary.
One evening while hacking into the computer she discovers a runaway satellite is out of control and heading straight for Earth. By all calculations, the satellite will crash in bushland nearby, and Ali, her sister Fiona (Courtney Keiler) and friend Mike (Justin Rosniak), plan to be there when it lands. What they don't know, is that the satellite contains a load of deadly cargo, so dangerous, it threatens the safety of the entire world.
