EPISODE 1 - THE OPEN DOORJoe Maya, upon turning 16, is to be conscripted into Hazard Pasha's army on Mars. After not showing for his military test he flees when being served a warrant. During his pursuit, an alien ship - the Xenos 5 - crash lands nearby and fighting breaks out between the ship, the local army and the alien robots which have appeared in pursuit of the Xenos 5. Joe takes refuge from these robots in the Princess' ship and unwittingly hides wihin the giant Ninja Robot on board, which he discovers he can control as he wishes and manages to use to fight against the alien robots. Just when it appears he may be beaten, a mysterious Ninja robot appears to assist him and his own robot transforms into the form of a lion. After triumphing over the alien robots he and his friends meet the Princess; their destinies will now be changed forever.EPISODE 2 - THE UNKNOWN WORLDHeld captive on the Princess' ship, Joe is instructed to attempt to operate the Ninja Robots. Contact is made by General Hazard's army, requesting Joe's help. Joe does not believe the General's intentions are friendly and refuses to assist in communication between the army and the Princess' ship. Although Mike and Jenny both think Joe is being rash in trusting the Princess and defying the army, Joe insists on fighting on the Princess' behalf. As Hazard's army attacks the ship, Joe starts to teach himself how to use the giant Ninja Robot. Hazard orders that the Princess be brought to him and she is taken by his soldiers. The mysterious Ninja Robot comes to Joe's assistance, their joined forces combined manage to triumph over the army and return the Princess to safety.
