This is the "Kenny" of Parking Wardens, a story about a frustrated film maker who after his latest ticket decides to expose the corrupt car parking world, only to find a gentle man of passion who believes in his work and his part in society. An absurd comedy about a Parking Enforcement Officer, who - despite constant abuse from the public - finds truth, honour and serenity in the act of ticketing.
