Maxwell Mc Allister, the owner of a prominent Florida law firm, asks his struggling intern Rick to move his beautiful niece Michelle across the country. Rick is happy with the opportunity to prove himself to his boss, but the road trip soon becomes a nightmare for Rick when Michelle conspires with a wild eyed hitch-hiker, Orlie (Jon Heder from Napoleon Dynamite and Blades Of Glory), to unravel the straight laced Rick. After their moving truck is stolen and Rick and Orlie are kidnapped for an underground cage fight, the future looks a little bleak, but the idea of road's end in LA pulls them through.
