  | Incomplete "complete series" Ian Long on 31.12.2011 While Helen Miren, the support cast and overall production is excellent some scenes as seen on TV have been badly edited. One can only presume that footage has been removed to fit to the capacity of a DVD. When you buy a "complete" series enjoyed on TV and it is clumsily edited i.e. like this has been, one can only be disappointed. Maybe the alternative, more expensive "Complete Series" is a better buy if you want all the scenes uncut and this set be renamed "The Incomplete Series". |
