Emmy Award winner Bryan Cranston stars as Walter White, a down-on-his-luck chemistry teacher struggling to make ends meet for his wife (Anna Gunn) and physically challenged son (RJ Mitte). Everything changes when Walter receives a startling diagnosis: terminal lung cancer. With only a few years to live and nothing to lose, Walter uses his training as a chemist to cook and sell crystal meth with one of his former students (Aaron Paul). As his status grows, so do his lies, but Walt will stop at nothing to make sure his family is taken care of after he's gone, even if it means putting all their lives on the line.

Breaking Bad - Season 1

Peter on 10.09.2011

One of the best ed, acted and engagig programs to emerge from the US in a very long time. Deserves all of the awards it has won. Don't miss it, it is an instant classic, and sets new standards in television writing.

Bad Break For Teacher

Mike Zarquon on 21.12.2013

I have watched all the first season episodes but it lacked that extra quality of entertainment that keeps me wanting to watch more. A bit too graphic and violent for me. It is over rated and too much drug related issues. \ Only for the those who enjoy seeing the darkside of life.

A good man gone bad

Joanne on 18.01.2014

Warning: this story is not for everyone, however, if you like a story that challenges your view of the world and asks you to question your morals, then this is for you. This production is the best we've seen in a long time and had us salivating for the next episode when it aired on TV. Don't expect it to be fast paced all the time either, it thoroughly develops plots and characters, and in doing so builds tension. You really invest in the characters and thus get drawn in. Highly recommended and well worth the investment in time for this season and the rest!
