The Devlin children are a bunch of feisty brothers and sisters who are dumped on their eccentric Uncle Roy; a single, self-sufficient anthropologist, who is far more comfortable dealing with exotic animals and jungle tribes than children. In a house that is part jungle, part zoo, Uncle Roy and the kids battle it out to decide whose rules prevail - above all the Devlin family sticks together.There's Justin, who at 16 is the eldest of the Devlin children. In place of speech she expresses her feelings through drawings and happens to be a compulsive knitter!With an exotic supporting cast of tarantulas, snakes and meerkats, along with a mysterious Russian neighbour and a very twitchy headmistress, Uncle Dad promises lots of outrageous storylines, a raft of colourful characters and plenty of laughter!
