On an annual extreme outdoor adventure, six women meet in a remote part of the Appalachians to explore a cave hidden deep in the woods. The plot revolves around a group of friends out on an annual caving adventure. After entering the massive underground cave complications arise as they become trapped and left to find another way back to the surface. With little supplies the women push on, praying for another exit... if only that was the last of there worries, it turns out they are not alone down there. The discs special features include an audio commentary, a making of, extended scenes and a storyboard and scene comparison.
