A collection of four horror films from the master of suspense John Carpenter featuring The Thing (1982), The Fog (1980), Escape From New York and They Live.

The Thing
In the winter of 1982, a twelve-man research team at a remote Antarctic research station discovers an alien buried in the snow for over 100,000 years. Soon unfrozen, the form changing alien wreaks havoc, creates terror and becomes on of them.

The Fog
The sleepy seaside village of Antonio Bay is about to learn the true meaning of the word "vengence." For this seemingly perfect town masks a guilty secret-a past steeped in greed and murder. Exactly 100 years ago, a ship was horribly wrecked under mysterious circumstances in a thick, eerie fog. Now, shrouded in darkness, the long-dead mariners have returned from their watery grave to exact a bloody revenge.

Escape From New York
The year is 1997. New York is a maximum security prison where hardcore criminals are put for life. All the bridges leading into the city are mined and and a large police force army is prepared to kill any attempted escapees. En route to an important conference, the President, on board Air Force One, is forced to eject in a pod when a terrorist takes over the controls and crashes the plane. Snake Plissken is offered his freedom if he goes in, frees the President and finds a tape with important information for the conference or he will die. Snake must set out into the decaying city, filled with immoral criminals, and he must succeed--for his own life.

They Live
A drifter discovers a pair of sunglasses that allow him to wake up to the fact that aliens have taken over the Earth.
