THE LAST RESORT is a chilling horror tale of Kathleen, a bride to be, and her four bridesmaids Sophia, Jessica, Beth, and Amber who travel to Mexico in hopes of having a last "hoorah" before the wedding. After partying hard, Sophia splits from the group to a handsome young tourist called Rob. Meanwhile the other girls decide to take a tour of the countryside without her, but in the process are robbed and left for dead in a remote, rugged desert terrain. As night falls, the tired and injured girls decide to take shelter at an abandoned resort until morning. While foraging for anything to comfort their overnight stay, the girls become overwhelmed by an immense dark evil that seems to possess the resort. During a frantic search to find the missing girls, Sophia and Rob finally discover the resort and desperately attempt to help their friends break free. But an unspeakable evil has taken control of all who travel to The Resort.
