# 23 - Fly-by-nightWhen Dr Dog uses an awesome Tsetse fly to cure Gerty's insomnia, the insect escapes from its cage. The fly scares the Gumboyles silly and stings them one after the other. The whole family is infected with a sleepwalking disease that cannot be cured as long as the fly remains active. But, meanwhile, the fly has disappeared. Nobody knows how to find it, nobody except our ingenious Dr Dog, who lures the elusive insect by means of his highly original giant decoy.# 24 - Budding buddiesDuring the Bud Feast (spring celebrations) Miss Pickle, who has a crush on Grandpa since primary school, attempts, once more, to charm her "beau". When Grandpa gruffly rejects her advances, Miss Pickle unfairly accuses Kev of knocking her over with his skateboard. The old spinster demands that the Gumboyles put her up and look after her until she's fit to walk again ... threatening to lodge a complaint against the young "juve" if they refuse.# 25 - Silent screamWhen a nasty cold causes Margaret Pouncefoot to lose her voice, she consults the nearest doctor - i.e. Dr Dog, who promptly concocts some throat pills to help her recover her voice. But when Margaret overdoes the pills, her voice becomes so incredibly powerful it shatters glass and ice, no matter how thick. Worse, Mrs Pouncefoot has the bad idea of going to see Dr Foyle, the fiendish doctor uses the pills, and his extra-booming voice, against our hero# 26 - Grandpa's second childhoodAs Grandpa grows older, he suffers from all sorts of aches and pains. So Dr Dog brews a "youth elixir" which causes Grandpa to feel as lithe and fit as in his long lost youth! But as Grandpa's body grows younger, so does his brain and he starts behaving like a teenager. And Grandpa used to be a prank-loving teenager. When he shares Dr Dog's elixir with Miss Pickle, they team up to wreck havoc in the neighbourhood. Dr Foyle uses the opportunity to tamper with Dr Dog's elixir and turn the elderly couple into juvenile delinquents ... and have Dr Dog take the rap!# 27 - Saved by a whisker! When Dr Dog mistakenly eats a tin of cat food, little does he know that the tin, marketed by an unscrupulous businessman, contains a huge quantity of a dangerous ingredient, which makes cats addicted to this brand. The consequences are appalling for Dr Dog, but also for Miss Pickle on whom Kev plays a practical joke. They both start behaving like cats!# 28 - SheepnosisWhen Kev and Dr Dog set up a local television channel, the fiendish Dr Foyle uses it to hypnotise viewers, by means of subliminal pictures. Townsfolk are convinced they are sheep and, as such, rush into the first "sheep specialist" surgery in sight - Dr Foyle's!The diabolical doctor will stop at nothing to lure patients into his waiting room!# 29 - FeatherweightGrandpa isn't getting any younger and when his vertebras lock Dr Dog tells him there's nothing he can do. Grandpa will have to wait until they unlock. But as Grandpa proves a very difficult and tiresome patient, Dog cobbles together a "flying armchair". Now, he can get about without bothering the other Gumboyles, thanks to the H467, a gas in pills, which makes the armchair lighter than air.Meanwhile, Fiona, who is worried about her weight hampering her during an "aerial dance" contest, also swallows an H467 pill. And grows ever so light! So light a little draft sweeps her off and away. It's up to Dr Dog to catch her and bring her back to firm ground!
