Ahhh the Serenity!

Jeremy McBride on 31.01.2011

Firefly is a Sci-fi Western that tells the tale of the space ship "Serenity" and its 9 crew members. Helmed by Captain Malcolm Reynolds (Nathan Fillion of "Castle"), they travel space in search of adventure and the good life, while avoiding death at the hands of the cannibalistic Reavers. The characters of Firefly are the focus of this action packed story. You won't be able to help falling in love with them as you ponder what life could be like 500 years into the future. Unlike other sci-fi space series that can become monotonous and filled with plot holes, Firefly finds a strong basis in human reality as a self contained season, followed by the action packed movie "Serenity" to top the series off. If you're a fan of science fiction but can't stand bad acting and unrealistic story lines, grab Firefly it's ALIEN FREE!

Sarah on 05.02.2011

What an awesome show. Exciting and action packed, good story lines and believable characters. The only disappointment with this show is that there was only ever one season of it made! Definate must view *****

Serenity NOW!

The greatest sci fi tv show ever made. The fact that it lasted one season makes me cry. Not kidding

Firefly

Firefly is a very interesting look into the future. The episodes are generally well written besides a few which aren't all that interesting. But at the current price of twenty dollars it is a real bargain.
