![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Prometheus Brandon on 11.07.2012 PROMETHEUS is a visually dazzling, tense, brutal and well made return of Ridley Scott to the sci-fi genre. The acting is solid but Michael Fassbender is the standout of the cast. |
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Prometheus Callum on 11.08.2012 An epic scaled, visually stunning film, filled with enough dazzle, great performaces, music and extremely intense moments, that keeps you engaged for its great 2 hours, even if it runs out of steam in one or two bits |
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Alien 0 Simon on 23.08.2012 Prometheus is a big budget B-movie extravaganza. It's Ridley Scott back in form. Strong story, great cast and an awesomely imagined world. |
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Wow it's hard to say. Gomez on 08.09.2012 The name of this movie is hard enough to say let alone spell, hence why I won't even try for this review. Anyway back to the movie, it sounds great I can't wait for it to be released so I can get a copy, I'll have to take my Mum with me cause I've got a lisp and have trouble saying the title so she'll have to ask for it for me so the sales staff don't think I'm a blithering idiot. |
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Prometheus Anthony on 08.09.2012 As a stand alone story, it is actually boring and not at all interesting. There were few moments of any intensity or suspense and the narrative and dialogue were embarrassing (no doubt due to the screenwriter's influence from the Lost TV series) However, as always, Michael Fassbender was brilliant and makes the film worth watching for that reason alone. As a film that is tied to the original Alien which was a masterpiece by Scott, the film becomes even more disappointing due to the lack of any suspense, boring storyline and the inconsistencies with the original movie which cannot be reconciled unless another movie is made (and even then it will be incredibly challenging to reconcile) Sorry to disappoint any of the Alien saga fans out there as I am personally a big fan of the first two films in the saga. |
