The film follows the trials and tribulations of Dominic Noonan, who legally changed his name to Lattlay Fottfoy ("Look After Those That Look After You, F*ck Off Those That F*ck Off You"). Dominic is the patriarch of an entire communitym which he protects and serves with his own brand of justice. He is both gangland enforcer and neighbourhood fixer.
