No. Prices on this website may differ from prices offered in stores.
"How do I place an order?"

"Once I have placed an order, when is my credit card charged?"
You are only charged when your order is ready to dispatch.
"How long will it take for my order to arrive?"
The JB Hi-Fi website does not hold any stock on hand - all ordered items are provided by suppliers on demand. The stated availability of an item indicates the time taken before the item will be ready to dispatch to you, and takes into account the time taken to receive the item from the supplier. To estimate arrival to you, allow an additional 1-2 business days for postal delivery within Australia, and 2-4 weeks for air mail delivery of international orders (on rare occasions, international delivery can take up to 6 weeks).
From time to time, suppliers are unable to fulfil your order. Should this occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.
"What are the Delivery costs?"
All orders shipped within Australia are delivered by Australian Post. All international orders are shipped by Air Mail - see this information on shipping costs. If you have items in your cart, you can calculate the shipping costs
by using the delivery cost estimator.
"Can I remove items from the shopping cart?"
Yes, you can remove items from you cart at any time. You can also change quantities if you need more that one copy of any title. For more information, check your help pages on using the cart.
