The PX5 is the most technologically-advanced headset ever designed for PS3 and XBOX 360 gaming, incorporating a programmable digital signal processor to allow independent customization of the chat, game and microphone signals. Custom presets stored in the headset can be selected during specific parts of the game to emphasize sounds like footsteps or reloads that might otherwise be difficult to hear. But what Turtle beach failed to do is improve the actual headset rather than just add new features. Some reason runs on a 2.4ghz so most likely to interfere with something in the house. And To custom your presents it only works on PC. Another let down is the buttons are too small and really hard to work around on the fly. But overall if you overcome the flaws theres hope. because overall the headphones does it job delivering what you are told. | PX5 Review John on 30.12.2011 I got these headsets for about a week now. These headphones are amazing. It can connect to up to two bluetooth devices such as my console and a phone or media player, they run on AA batteries and the AA batteries can be rechargeable. The AA batteries (Depends how you use the headset) lasts up to 15 hours. but there are a couple of issues with them. It runs on 2.4ghz and it might interfere with something in your house. It has interfered with my sender and receiver on my tv's to watch foxtel in my room (Foxtel box is in my lounge room). I absolutely love these headsets and it seems easy to find the buttons on the ear cups. |
