This is a warranty extension plan for selected 'LCD' products that sell between $501 and $1000, increasing the manufacturer's warranty by 2 years to a maximum of 5 years.
Products include LCD TVs, LCD/DVD Inbuilt Combos (non-portable), LCD Photo Frames.
Your JB Hifi Extended Care Plan must be purchased with the correct electronics product and price range at time of purchasing the product.

If your product fails, simply call our call centre for our experienced staff to help with your repair claim.

CLAIMS
If you have a claim before the manufacturer's warranty has expired, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. Contact details are generally available via manufacturer websites.
If you have a claim after the manufacturer's warranty has expired and you have purchased a JB Hifi Extended Care Plan, please contact the JB Hifi Warranty Helpline on 1800 621 761. You will need to have your purchase receipt/tax invoice handy. If your item was purchased online, you can access and print your invoice via your online account.
Note that a maximum of 5 year cover applies (including manufacturer's warranty period) to any product. JB Hifi Extended Care Plan is only valid for Australia.
