  | Cordless Headphones make a big difference A. B. on 01.12.2005 The need for silent TV viewing prompted our decision to try the Sony gear and it proved ideal for the task. Sound quality is first rate and the directional capability is adequate, (signal drops out when not facing the transmitter). The only minor setback is the absence of a mute button on the headset, this can be overcome by plugging the transmitter into the headphone jack, but this means leaving the front panel open on the TV, an untidy option. Otherwise the headphones are excellent. |

With a young child in the house it is great to be able to listen to DVD's at top volume without disturbing her sleep. Really happy with this product. Would have liked the headphones to switch off atomatically when removed from the head, but overall an excellent product. |
