  | B501 can't play multi-zone DVD AC on 03.06.2012 This 3D Blu-ray player can't even play DVD from other regions. I asked 2 sales guys at the shop, one was not certain, another one did assure me that all BR players these days are DVD region-free. It turned out that it's not true with this model. Nice price and pretty good pic quality but just does not fit my requirements. Great player for those who don't buy/own DVDs from other regions. |

| Great little 3D bluray player! Jewel on 22.10.2012 This is a great 3D bluray player but i am not sure that it delivers the best 3D can go. The price is amazing for what it is though. It has a great, sharp picture with excellent sound and HD quality. |
| not for me gaham on 14.02.2013 the soniq d501-au was a replacement for the soniq b100 br player. the soniq b501-au dose not play mkv. dose not play some mp4, dose not play h264. hopeless photos. does not play cheap brand originals. just did not meet any requirements that the b100 offered as stated by the sales person. |
