 | Wharfedale XARUS1000 R. M. on 25.05.2009 I recently purchased these speakers with the a sherwood receiver and I am very pleased with the sound. I have teamed them up with an active sub-woofer and the sound is great, best at high volumes. For the price I recommend these to anyone. If it is of any interest I run this set-up for a computer. |
| great little speakers chris on 06.04.2010 Hi picked these up last week am running them as rear channels with xarus 4000 fronts from a pioneer vsx-819 With full hdmi and quality speaker cable. Great pairing because of matching drivers for movies as the surround shifts from front to back and vice versa creates great matched sound. very decent for music as well, you could use these as front channels too. Great entry level hifi bookshelfs with clear powerful sound. Great buy for those just starting out with component hifi. |
