Fantastic lower end sound (Bass) and an above average higher range response. German precision and craftmanship. Ideal middle range pair of headphones, at a good price. Ideal for all applications. Your ears might get hot or uncomfortable after prolonged use. DJ rotatable cups are ideal to help reduce this issue. Higher range Sennheisers have open ear cups which are more comfortable, but the price range for headphones above this model can fluxuate between -$300-$1,400. But by far in terms of quality sound vs price these are the best heaphones on the market. These headphones come with a manufacturer one year warranty. I had mine for 5 years before the left speakers stopped working, i used them every day listening to music, mixing audio tracks and playing my guitar through them.

I'm a DJ and these headphones r awesome for what your paying. I've had mine for about a year n there still like new, even taken them overseas with me for my iPod n everyone asks me werethey can get them lol. Sound quality is excellent and there light and look great too!

These are the best headphones I have every bought. The bass is great and it has a really big range. The cup like sides are almost noise cancelling and very comfortable. I completely recommend them.

only people that can afford high-end headphones will not consider these. the ARE audiophile like headphones and are totally amazing, i have owned 2 HD215's ,build quality and sound couldn't get much better unless you spend double the price.
