TOUCAN are a two piece indie duo hailing from Sydney made up of Jess and Shea. The pair met studying at the Conservatorium and found that their different musical backgrounds made for a unique collaboration. After their formation in February 2011, they were TRIPLE J UNEARTHED FEATURED ARTIST and UNSIGNED ARTIST OF THE WEEK on FBI radio's 'Up For It' program. With plenty of Triple J and community radio support, Toucan have been winning fans from their stunning live shows across Sydney. 'Brave New World', produced by Toucan and mastered at DB Mastering, features a luscious arrangement of sweet, mesmerising vocals and haunting piano melodies with comparisons to Tegan & Sara, Florence & The Machine and Estelle. Their first single 'Brave New World' features remixes by Lancelot and Purple Sneakers DJs.
