On the 12"s you get mixes of 'Declare Independence' by Ghostdigital, Matthew Herbert and Mark Stent (both vocal and instrumental in his case). The CD has a similar tracklist, but with the Ghostdigital 'In Deep End Dance 12" Mix', while the DVD sports Michel Gondry's amazing video for the single, mixed in Dolby 5.1.
