California has seen the rise of an incredible hardcore scene in the last few years. In addition to the rising activity of bands in Los Angeles and San Diego, the Bay Area is on the come-up as well. Straight from the Bay area to your turn table comes First Blood. The band plays intense mid paced hardcore with a metallic twist to it, calling to mind bands like Sick of it All and early Madball.
