'Golden Apples' are songs from the sun. Matt has his own small studio now and this is the first album to come out of it. Recorded over Christmas 2010/2011 Matt plays all instruments on the album, just as with his first release 'Ondine'. Matt seeks to explore the erring, the imperfect, things that make us human. The music of long ago is the music of now as the compression of time can suggest.
