As a follow up to "The Only BloodBetween Us" this 11 track album combines GIO's brand of melodic hardcore (Battery, Chain Of Strength, Count Me Out,Dag Nasty) with a darker, heavier sound la DAMNATION A.D.*As you would expect, the album is full of thought-provoking, brutally honest, introspective lyrics that hit strikingly close tohome, pulling at the strings of self-doubt. The underlying feel of the entire album is that of sand slipping through fingers, andthe suffocating feeling that comes with the disappointing realization that we are not at all what we had spent our entire livestrying to become.
