Brooklyn's DEPARTMENT OF EAGLES are Daniel Rossen (singer / guitarist / songwriter from GRIZZLY BEAR), and his old buddy from university days Fred Nicolaus. Much of the material on the album was written by Daniel and Fred via email before they developed their thoughts into a band dynamic with the inclusion of fellow Grizzly Bear members Chris Taylor and Chris Bear. 'In Ear Park', is a colourful and expansive album, and an intimate and personal collection of songs. The album is full of joyful moments, lush production and concise song writing.
