Founded in Rome in 1964, 'Il Gruppo D'Improvvisazione Nuova Consonanza' was a collective of noted composers, and featured Ennio Morricone in their ranks. These 1971 recordings have never been issued before, and are a must for any fan of krautrock, avant-splatter and weird European recordings of the '60s/'70s.
