'Person To Person' is the second album from LA's moody popstersForeign Born. Best described soundwise as a cross between Echo & The Bunnymenand Deerhunter, it's probably clearer to say it's what The Walkmenwould sound like if they weren't afraid to go out in shorts and thongs. The songs are propelled by benga-flavoured beats, fuzzed-out synthbass, clucking tropical cowbells - from soaring horn sections to emotivestring arrangements.
