"Revolutions/Live At Wembley" is the stunning new live CD/DVD package that captures all the raw energy and sweat of the spectacular live Biffy Clyro experience. The two disc set, filmed at the band's sold out arena show in November 2010, comes jam packed with over 19 live recordings from their 5 album catalogue, the entire concert on video as well as bonus materials (5.1 surround sound and also features exclusive footage from the band's 2010's T In The Park performance). Formed in 1995, Scottish trio Biffy Clyro are Simon Neil (vocals/guitar) and twins James (bass/vocals) and Ben Johnston (drums/vocals) are best known for their off-kilter tempos, itchy, unpredictable guitars, soulful choruses and feral screams. They have honed their craft over the past 16 years and five albums to join the ranks of the rock elite alongside the likes of Queens Of The Stone Age, Kings Of Leon and Muse. Their fifth studio album 'Only Revolutions' released in 2009 saw Biffy Clyro make the stellar leap forwards into rock's major leagues reaching over 500,000 sales. The following year saw this band also earning a number of award wins and nominations as the 2010 Kerrang! Awards, NME Awards and the highly prestigious Mercury Prize.

This looks just as good though London was more reserved than Glasgow - great CD/DVD. The Aussies should love this band, not sure why you dont yet - better than the Foo Fighters with a Scottish accent! Buy it, best A$20 you'll spend. "Mon the Biff!!" |
