It calls to mind the delicate melodic tapestries of the Band and CSN, all the while executing them with the barnstorming guitar swirls Dinosaur Jr. The band flew in legendary producer Kramer (Galaxie 500, Low) to capture in the moment performances from Leader Cheetah. He spent six months recording the record and the result is a mix of soulful upbeat rockers and some slow cooked jams.
