The duo met at the Red Bull Music Academy in London 2010, where they discovered a shared passion for deep sea, bird sounds and outsider music. With influences including James Pants, Antena and Arthur Lyman their sound is somewhere between lounge, exotica and dreamy pop. The two both released solo albums in 2012 which led the band to discover Sui as a songwriter with a knack for improvisation and experimentation, and Fox as an electronic musician who negotiates a range of moods, tones, instruments and rhythms with finesse. Over the past year or so, the duo have supported the likes of TUNEYARDS, KNXWLEDGE, LOST ANIMAL, OSCAR + MARTIN and have done collaborations with James Pants, honing a striking and colourful live show that has impressed audiences along the east coast of Australia.
