In the year 2004 a young band from the Mornington Peninsula released 2 influential EP's on indie label Below Par Records. These EP's each sold a few thousand copies and enjoyed some Triple J and community radio play, but they still remained mainly under the radar. 4 years later and that young band, Kisschasy, has now sold in excess of 90,000 records, have 2 gold certified albums, a slew of award nominations, have toured internationally and play to packed houses everywhere they go. However the old school fans were still requesting to hear the songs from the early EP's every time the band tour, so it seemed fitting to compile both of these EP's and release them on one disc. What came next was the fact that the B-Sides from the singles from their debut album, United Paper People, have also been deleted - so it was decided that these B-Sides would also be part of this collection titled, Too B Or Not Too B. Still not feeling complete the band decided to add 3 previously unreleased tracks to the compilation to give the fans a package that every Kisschasy fan would want to own. On top of all of this there is also a bonus DVD that comes with all of Kisschasy's music videos to date.
