FUTURE OF THE LEFT (fronted by Andy Falkous, one time member of MCCLUSKY) burst onto the scene in 2007 with the release of their debut album 'Curses'. Renowned also for their live performances, the trio returned earlier this year to release their first ever live album 'Last Night I Saved Her From Vampires'. Only months later, the fiery Welsh rockers return with their sophomore studio album, 'Travels With Myself And Another'. Produced by Richard Jackson (who also worked on the band's debut), the new album features twelve tracks that regularly lull the listener into a false sense of security before exploding through the speakers with a roar of fuzzy bass and distorted guitar lines. The album's centrepiece, the synth-heavy 'You Need Satan More Than He Needs You' finds 'Future Of The Left' at their savage best as keyboards bounce off hypnotic drumming and funky bass-lines to create a devilish piece that looks set to captivate fans and newcomers alike.
