Hot on the heels of the reissue of Ten East's Extraterrestrial Highway, Lexicon Devil are proud to present Yawning Man's Vista Point CD, which groups together their two (now deleted) releases of the last few years, Rock Formations and Pot Head. Yawning Man have been around since 1986 and stand as one of the defining influences on the desert-rock/stoner music scene, so much so that Kyuss have covered their songs on record. Featuring the talents of Gary Arce (Ten East, Fatso Jetson), Mario Lalli (Fatso Jetson) and Alfredo Hernandez (QOTSA, Brant Bjork, Desert Sessions), their unique brand of instrumental rock combines the sounds and influences of surf, psychedelia, Ennio Morricone and krautrock.
