'When the Lights Come Up' is SAM SHINAZZI'S 4th album. After releasing his 3rd album 'Then I Held My Breath' in 2008 Sam made a trip to America following his Aust tour. That trip to the States was very fruitful, with Sam writing one of the standouts on the new album 'When the Lights Come Up', titled 'Twin Cities' after some great experiences in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Samchannels GLEN CAMPBELL with soaring strings and a chorus to die for!
