![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Brilliant Alan on 24.04.2011 Tim Minchin is a wonderful, wonderful product of Australia. Rational, rational, rude, sarcastic, witty, charming, disarming, cynical. He is a fantastic musician and a brilliant lyricist. And first and foremost he is funny. And sad. I guess the closest you can get to his style is Tom Lehrer. He is ruder and much more punchy than Flanders and Swan. Warning: some of his songs contain rational arguments against organised (and disorganised) religion, including a very very very rude song criticising the pope for protecting pedophiles. |
