Ralph McTell was born in Farnborough, E ngland in 1944. He is a singer-songwriter/acoustic guitar player who has been a hugely influential figure on the U K folk music scene since the 1960s and is best known for his enduring song Streets Of London. This 2CD collection features the very best of his recordings for the Transatlantic [Fairport Convention etc] label including Blind Blake's Rag, Willoughby's Farm, Girl On A Bicycle and the original recording of Streets Of London.
