Kentucky native Mark Fosson was the last artist to be signed to the legendary JOHN FAHEY's TAKOMA RECORDS label but because of unforseeable events, Takoma Records went bankrupt and the tapes were exiled to a quiet part of Mark's garage. Mark was a fan of Fahey and contemporary finger-picker guitarist LEO KOTTKE as well as people like JOHN PRINE, DYLAN, ROGER MILLER and DOC WATSON. Mark's sound will be pretty familiar to anyone who has ever heard an album or two of solo acoustic folk guitar and is destined to be adored by any fan of the work of John Fahey and the Takoma Records catalogue.
