Love and Other Planets is the second album from British singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Adem, the man behind 2004's critically-acclaimed Homesongs and member of post-rock trio Fridge. On his second record, Adem has upped the ante in terms of sonics and songwriting, melding electronic and acoustic seamlessly for a beautiful piece of work. Alongside some gorgeous trademark Adem songs, there is a definite rhythmical element present for the first time, especially on standout track 'Launch Yourself'.
