Recently signed to EMI in New Zealand, BULLETPROOF (A.K.A Jay Roland) is a DJ/producer renowned for making bass music including dub step and drum & bass. In New Zealand, the name Bulletproof has been synonymous with forward thinking future bass music for over a decade. His recent album, Soundtrack To Forever won the highly prestigious award for "Best Electronica Album of 2010" at the 2010 Vodafone New Zealand Music Awards. Bulletproof owns and manages New Zealand's longest running Drum & Bass label, Cyanide Recordings, he has collaborated with the likes of Pendulum and Concord Dawn. He has been sighted by Concord Dawn, The Upbeats and State Of Mind as THE pioneer of NZ drum & bass production. His debut single through EMI is Dub Me Crazy. Ft. Jessie G' and has being serviced to Triple J and community radio stations.
