ANDY TURNER AKA AIM became one of the most well known and biggest selling names that emerged from the UK 'beats boom' of the mid to late '90s and early noughties from labels like NINJA TUNE and GRAND CENTRAL. Andy decided he wanted all the time he needed to make his new album sound as good as possible, and so he started his own label - ATIC RECORDS. So the four year wait for 'Flight 602' is well worth it! Named after the flight number that Charles Bukowski took on his first trip to Europe, 'Flight 602' is a skilful blend of deep soul and beats science, live instrumentation and amazing samples with the enchanting vocals of fellow ATIC artist NIKO appearing throughout.
