Death Angel is on of the few bands that have been really constant over the years. Every album they've put out was a great piece of Thrash Metal. And the new album 'RelentlessRetribution' is no exception to that. The whole record is a little bit darker than the last ones, which indeed fits them better than anybody could ever imagine. They sound as unique as always, but this time, it has this really special feeling to it. Furthermore, it takes them to an even higher level. From beginning to end the album kicks you right in the face with straight forward Thrash Metal Riffs combined with some more complex parts, some slower parts and a brilliant sounding Mark Osegueda on vocals. The legacy goes on!
